THE GREAT FRAME UPâ PRESENTS TRUDY REEDER
Loveland, Colorado - The Great Frame Up in the Promenade Shops at Centerra is pleased to present Trudy Reeder as the featured artist for the month of January and February, 2009.
Come and meet Trudy at the opening reception on Friday January 9th, 2008, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Hors d'oeuvres will be served.
Trudy is a Colorado artist who loves to paint flowers and landscapes of Colorado and many countries. She is a certified botanical artist, receiving her certificate from the Denver Botanical Gardens. She is currently showing her work in various local galleries and other venues.
Trudy's love of life shines through in her poppies, sunflowers, and daisies as well as her Colorado and European scenes. She weaves the precision she learned from her botanical art training with her relaxed expressive style in her current work.
She paints in oils, watercolors, and draws in graphite and pastels. She uses all of these mediums to capture her travels to France, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, Poland, and China. Colorado scenes, mountains, and lakes are also favorite subjects of Reeder’s

Trudy uses her knowledge, training, and experience in psychology to explore the relationships among the elements in her work. She brings joy to her pictures and hopes that viewers can share this joy and carry it into their own lives.
